Conditions of Use

Players and clubs retain ownership of the content and records they submit to SlidePath (“User Content”). They grant SlidePath a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display that User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the SlidePath service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SlidePath retains all rights in the SlidePath service, software, visual design, database structure, selection and arrangement of information, and platform-generated or derived materials. These materials include, where applicable, CurlTracker calculations, rankings, ratings, analytics, aggregate datasets, platform history, pins, trophies, graphics and other insights generated by SlidePath (“SlidePath Materials”).

Except when accessing or downloading your own User Content or records, you must not, without SlidePath’s prior written permission:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, extract, copy, reproduce, republish, aggregate, sell, license or redistribute data or SlidePath Materials;
• use SlidePath data or SlidePath Materials to create, train, enrich, benchmark or operate another website, application, database, artificial intelligence system, analytics product or competing service;
• circumvent access controls, technical protections, rate limits or restrictions intended to prevent automated or unauthorised data collection; or
• assist another person or organisation to do any of these things.

This section does not restrict a player’s or club’s right to access and use the underlying User Content or records they originally provided, exercise applicable privacy rights, or use facts that are not legally owned by SlidePath. It does prohibit extracting SlidePath’s compiled database, derived information or platform-generated materials for use elsewhere without permission.
