User Data Deletion

You can ask SlidePath to delete your account or remove account data received through Google or Facebook sign-in.

How to make a request

  1. Open the Feedback & Contact page using the link below.
  2. Choose "Account or privacy question".
  3. Ask for account deletion or removal of data received through Google or Facebook sign-in.
  4. Include the email address used for SlidePath and the sign-in provider involved. Do not send your password, access token, or provider secret.

What happens next

SlidePath will verify that the request belongs to you before changing account data. We will review the account and confirm the outcome through the contact details you provide. This is currently a manually handled process; the form does not delete data automatically.

Sporting records

Deleting an account or provider connection does not necessarily delete verified public sporting records. Historical team lists, scores, standings, and event results may be retained or de-identified to preserve the integrity of club and competition records. SlidePath will explain any such result when responding to the request.
